1. What do I need to become an affiliate?

Be creative, as there are many other ways to use the Web to promote the Puritan Hard Drive, like YouTube, pay-per-click ads, adding comments to other peoples' blogs, tweeting, using your Facebook page, etc.
All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called an "affiliate link"), and if he or she buys anything from us, you will get the appropriate monthly pay out based on the percentages in the commission schedule below.

2. How do I know I will be paid for my referral?
The program is powered by Post Affiliate Pro, the leading affiliate tracking software. Post Affiliate Pro uses a combination of cookies and your IP address to track referrals for the best possible reliability.
When a visitor follows your affiliate link to our Web site, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. When the visitor pays for the Puritan Hard Drive, our affiliate system checks for the cookie (if the cookie is not found it checks for the IP address of referral) and credits your account for the sale. At the end of each calendar month the program checks how many sales are credited to you as an affiliate and you get paid according to the commission payment table above.

We do not normally support payment by check. However, if you would like to become an SWRB Puritan Hard Drive affiliate and you can't get a PayPal account, please contact us and let us know about your situation. We will deal with such requests on a case by case basis and may or may not make an exception to pay by check.
Payments are issued in US dollars. Payouts are monthly and take place, for the previous month, on the 15th of the following month at the latest (and sooner when possible), so you know you will get paid monthly and can earn a steady stream of income.
